Shazam - Demos 1996 + Live 2000

Demos 1996
+ XFM 2000 Live set

soundboard & FM captures (sound quality VG+ to VG++)

Here's what Don said in his original post at the old ASH blog: Ten early demos from The Shazam plus the true wonder on this collection from Mick, which is a cracking session for XFM followed by a superb cover of The Move's "Beautiful Daughter."

ROB SEZ: Thanks a ton, Mick & Don.

  1. Awesome. Hans and company are great guys. They used to come in and peruse the dollar records at Phonoluxe Records back in the mid-90's when I worked there. I had many a great conversation about rock and roll with them and also got to see them live many times. I've got one of their first self released cassette tapes floating around somewhere.
