NOW HEAR THIS - a change is gonna come

Dear dB's Repercussion blog followers,
I have some big job-related changes coming at me right now like a freight train. This means I soon won't have as much spare time as I'd like for the blog.
HOWEVER: this is not one of those "I'm shutting down the blog" posts.
Instead, I'm cutting back the frequency of posts from 2 per week to 1 per week. Starting immediately, I will alternate between ASH Tuesday posts and the Friday (non-ASH) posts. You can still expect to find something new and musically tasty here, every week. (There'll be an ASH Tuesday post tomorrow, so come back then.)
All in all, this is not a huge change, but one that will help me keep my sanity in the coming months.
SO: KEEP COMING, KEEP READING, and PLEASE LEAVE SOME COMMENTS!

     Cheers,

        Rob-in-Brevard

  2. No reason to explain. Your blog should be a fun "After Hours" hobby whenever you have the time. Weekly posts are of course completely up to you. Family & work come first. Now how about some Marshall Crenshaw in the coming weeks/months please.!

  4. I hope the job-related change is good not bad. And no problem at all. More than enough here to catch my attention. Great stuff.

  5. Really enjoy your blog, no matter what the pace!

i have a bunch of bands you feature (including dbs) shows on cassette i recorded primarily at the 930 club in DC in the 1983-87 time period. when i retire i want to figure out how to transfer them to digital files....please let me know if you recommended any program to do that so i can share (assuming the tapes have not worn to bits...)
