REPERCUSSION Chris Stamey co-produced, mixed and played various instruments on The Parson Red Heads’ 2011 breakthrough album Yearling. Mitch Easter engineered and played guitar (and 12-string bass) on a couple of the tracks (see Blurt magazine’s story about the album and its recent re-release as a deluxe edition). The band also participated with Chris, Mitch and others in a Big Star Third live performance at last year’s SXSW festival in Austin, TX.
